We are looking for professionals with varied experience within the accounting field to join our fastest-growing new account. As a company we are offering you a variety of positions on which you will be able to put to practice months and/or years of experience, professional knowledge and proficiency within different accounting areas. 

The different job roles might include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in homebuilding, construction purchasing, construction field management or architectural drafting/design (for purchasing associate).
  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts
  • Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  • Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

Job Description: AP and AR Role at Allied Global

Allied Global is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounting department as an AP and AR Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors
  • Monitor and collect outstanding customer invoices
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records


  • Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable (minimum 1 year)
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (English profency: at least B2 level)
