-Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

-Reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential matches for open positions.
-Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
