Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Department

Allied Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Service department. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supporting with several administrative task
  • Manage and maintain departmental files and records
  • Making phone calls to Client's to collect missing information and documents.
  • Returning Client phone calls to provide case status provide updates on their processes.
  • Translating documents from Spanish to English and Reviewing emails/text messages from Client's.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials
