Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Department
Allied Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Service department. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supporting with several administrative task
- Manage and maintain departmental files and records
- Making phone calls to Client's to collect missing information and documents.
- Returning Client phone calls to provide case status provide updates on their processes.
- Translating documents from Spanish to English and Reviewing emails/text messages from Client's.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials
