Job description

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and retention efforts for upcoming projects. From job posting to onboarding, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the team.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for new projects communicated a month or two in advance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, candidate outreach, filtering, vetting, and conducting interviews.
  • Guide candidates through the application process using the company's onboarding platform, maintaining engagement and interest until the start date.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and new hires, ensuring open communication and addressing concerns to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and other HR-related issues for existing employees, addressing high turnover challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both Spanish and English, as the role involves working with personnel who primarily speak Spanish, while internal communications within the company are conducted in English.

Job requirements


  • Proven background in HR with experience in sourcing, onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and existing employees.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility to work onsite or remotely, provided there is a suitable workspace with a high-speed internet connection.
