
Job description
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and retention efforts for upcoming projects. From job posting to onboarding, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for new projects communicated a month or two in advance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, candidate outreach, filtering, vetting, and conducting interviews.
- Guide candidates through the application process using the company's onboarding platform, maintaining engagement and interest until the start date.
- Act as a liaison between the company and new hires, ensuring open communication and addressing concerns to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and other HR-related issues for existing employees, addressing high turnover challenges.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both Spanish and English, as the role involves working with personnel who primarily speak Spanish, while internal communications within the company are conducted in English.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Proven background in HR with experience in sourcing, onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and existing employees.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work onsite or remotely, provided there is a suitable workspace with a high-speed internet connection.
