Job description

We are looking for Recruiters with C1-level English proficiency! Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates. If you have excellent communication skills and a talent for finding top talent, we want to hear from you!


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
  • It is preferable to have knowledge or experience in full cycle of recruitment field to identify the right talent. Ideally, 6 months of experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems

Job requirements



  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and manage interview processes and finalize recruitment
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates
  • Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools
