About the Role
We’re looking for a Voice of Customer (VoC) Lead Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and help us turn customer feedback into actionable insights.
You’ll be responsible for analyzing survey results (NPS, CSAT, CES), combining them with internal data, and providing reports and recommendations that improve customer satisfaction and reduce detractors.

What You’ll Do
Analyze and cross-reference data from customer surveys and internal systems.
Build and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards with key VoC metrics and trends.
Identify patterns and insights that help improve the customer experience.
Support decision-making through clear, data-driven reports and presentations.
Collaborate with the Voice of Customer Insights Analyst and other teams to drive process improvements.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of all VoC data and reports.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or reporting roles.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, automation).
Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL (comfortable running queries and building simple dashboards).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into stories.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) or survey data.
Experience in Customer Experience, VoC, or BPO environments.
Knowledge of Google Suite and data visualization best practices.
