Role Description (Job Purpose)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facilities by efficiently scheduling appointments for patients.

Scope of Support:

• Outbound Calls
• Inbound Calls
• E-mail

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Place calls to patients with pending appointments using remission information provided by health care provider
  
• Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, making every interaction count
• Accurately schedule and reschedule medical appointments, ensuring optimal patient care
• Verify patient information and update records as necessary, maintaining data accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with our dedicated medical staff to ensure appointment availability, contributing to efficient patient flow
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient privacy

Qualifications & Requirements:

• C1 English Level (85%-100%)
  
• 18+ years old
• Prior experience in a customer service role, where you have honed your communication and problem-solving skills (Optional)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring accurate and efficient appointment scheduling
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and computer systems, enabling you to navigate our advanced technology
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, thriving under pressure
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, giving you an edge in understanding patient needs
