Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Clinical Care Representative. The ideal candidate will excel in both customer service and language interpretation, with a focus on assisting individuals navigating the complexities of health insurance and medical claims. 

This position requires clear communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to individuals navigating health insurance and medical claims processes.
2. Conduct outbound calls to patients, facilitating communication and ensuring accurate documentation of accounts.
3. Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage, benefits, and claim statuses.
4. Collaborate with insurance representatives and medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
5. Maintain professionalism and empathy while engaging with individuals facing medical challenges.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in conducting conference calls and escalating inquiries as needed to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English with minimal accent, possessing strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients over the phone.
2. Clear communication abilities and adeptness in documenting accounts accurately.
3. Exceptional attendance and punctuality, recognizing the impact on performance and bonus potential.
4. Ability to manage a high volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing quality while meeting daily quotas.
5. Demonstrated professionalism and assertiveness in handling calls, maintaining control and focus throughout conversations.
6. Strong customer service experience, displaying empathy and proactivity in assisting clients through challenging situations.
7. Emotional intelligence and resilience to engage effectively with individuals coping with illness or loss.
8. Medical office experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
