Responsible to provide professional services for full cycle accounting support, accomplishing a multitude of higher-level accrual and cash basis accounting-related tasks for multiple clients, ideal demonstrate successfully prioritizing and managing multiple clients’ needs in previous work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Include A/P, A/R, payroll, month-end closing processes, as well as other accounting related functions as requested by client.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Manage billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• QuickBooks and Netsuit experience preferbaly
• English fluency
• Working experience with USA companies
