Job description
As an Incident Documentation Specialist, your main objective will be to ensure that all incidents (such as policy violations, legal or ethical issues, accidents, or compliance problems) are properly documented and that relevant information is recorded, stored, and managed effectively. This account specializes in risk management, compliance, and corporate ethics, making accuracy and confidentiality essential in incident handling.

- Documentation Issues
- Simultaneous Translation During the Call: During interactions with Spanish-speaking clients, you will provide simultaneous translation, ensuring you fully understand and convey the information clearly and accurately in both languages. This task will include translating the client’s inquiries or comments into English, while the final documentation must be completed in English to meet internal requirements and company standards.
