Job Overview:
This role requires a background in construction, proficiency in 3D modeling software, and expertise in blueprint and construction drawings interpretation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, able to learn quickly, and familiar with U.S. lumber standards. 

Responsibilities:

●       Perform framing takeoffs using industry-specific software with high precision and attention to detail.

●       Review and interpret blueprints including construction drawings, architectural drawing, and structural drawings to ensure accurate takeoffs.

●       Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

●       Adapt quickly to new software tools and processes as they are introduced.

●       Communicate effectively with the Hover California team.

Qualifications:

●       Proven experience in the construction and/or architecture industry, particularly with framing takeoffs. 

●       Proficiency in 3D modeling software and blueprint interpretation.

●       Strong ability to read and analyze construction and structural drawings.

●       Mid level of English proficiency, with excellent written communication skills.

●       Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for handling a variety of blueprint types.

●       Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

●       Experience in US lumber framing norms 

●       Knowledge of framing-specific software tools, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Revit, AutoCad, Estimator Sketchup, Frame Generator, Excel, etc.

●       Customer Service knowledge

●       Budget and Project Management.
