Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. This role involves handling phone calls, managing client inquiries, and providing administrative support. While legal experience is not required, a strong command of the English language, especially Southern English, is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our practice in Northwest Georgia.

Responsibilities
:

Call Customers to provide Medical Legal Assistance. 

Utilize UMA calling software (Call Tracking Metrics) to manage and track calls efficiently.
Follow a scripted approach to handle client inquiries. Navigate client questions and maintain adherence to the script, including managing unexpected queries effectively.
Make appointments for clients based on scripted interactions.
Fill out necessary forms and document outcomes.
Demonstrate strong listening skills and patience, particularly when dealing with challenging client interactions. Understand and manage clients' emotions effectively
Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new technologies and procedures. Ability to stay updated on new developments in the field.

    • Excellent command of the English language, particularly Southern English.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts effectively.

    • Ability to adapt to changes in technology, procedures, and software platforms.
  3. Patient and Empathetic:
    • Patience in dealing with diverse client personalities.
    • Empathetic approach towards clients while maintaining professionalism.
  4. Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, calls, and documentation efficiently.
  5. Tech-Savvy:
    • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Infusionsoft/Keep, is a plus.
    • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and software quickly.
