Join our Legal Department and play a vital role in supporting our mission to protect the rights and interests of our clients. We are currently seeking motivated individuals for various positions, including Intake Specialist, Paralegal, Case Manager, Legal Assistant, and Legal Advisor.


We have several roles for you to apply and upskill your professional career, we manage from Jr to Sr positions. 
Intake Specialist:

  • Screen and evaluate incoming inquiries from potential clients.
  • Gather relevant information and assess the viability of potential cases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the intake process.

Paralegal:

  • Assist attorneys in all stages of legal proceedings, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for trials.
  • Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

Case Manager:

  • Oversee the administration and coordination of legal cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Monitor deadlines, ensure compliance with court procedures, and manage case schedules.
  • Liaise between attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Legal Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events related to legal matters.

Job requirements

Qualifications: 


  • Hard Skills:
    • Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
    • Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
    • Prior experience in a Paralegal role or within the Legal field
    • Previous knowledge of applicable American laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in legal research, with the ability to analyze and comprehend legal information.
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
