Job description
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Human Resources department and play a key role in supporting our employees' success and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Support performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer benefits programs and support employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience with Job Sources to do headhunting
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Take the initiative and set goals for finding and hiring the best talent
- Work independently and effectively to meet specific targets.
- Pay close attention to details and bring strong organizational skills to the table.
