- Provide support as an HR assistant, assisting with onboarding and document uploads.
- Handle one onboarding process per week, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and support email management.
- Manage the calendar efficiently to coordinate appointments and interviews.
- Lead the recruitment process, from initial posting to the onboarding stage.
- Perform data entry tasks to keep our systems updated.
- Engage in various administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage social media posting related to recruitment and company updates.
- Take the initiative and set goals for finding and hiring the best talent.
- Work independently and effectively to meet specific targets.
- Pay close attention to details and bring strong organizational skills to the table.
- Be familiar with using LinkedIn and other job boards to find the right candidates.
- Communicate excellently when reaching out to potential candidates.
- Be flexible and ready to help with phone conversations, especially with bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.
- If you've worked in recruiting or talent acquisition before, that's a big advantage.
