     We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Human Resources department and play a key role in supporting our employees' success and well-being.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process.
    • Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Support performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Administer benefits programs and support employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement

    Job requirements


    Qualifications:

    Hard Skills:

    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Experience with Job Sources to do headhunting 

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Take the initiative and set goals for finding and hiring the best talent
    • Work independently and effectively to meet specific targets.


    • Pay close attention to details and bring strong organizational skills to the table.
