Our client is seeking a dynamic Faculty – Family Medicine Residency Program Reports To: Program Director – Family Medicine Residency for their Beverly Hills/ Century City location.

Summary/Objective

As a Rheumatologist , you will play a key role in diagnosing and managing complex rheumatic diseases, delivering personalized treatment plans, and utilizing advanced diagnostic technologies. This role combines excellence in clinical practice with opportunities to collaborate in research and education, to improve outcomes and transform healthcare delivery.

Essential Functions

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with arthritis, autoimmune diseases, osteoporosis, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

• Treat a broad spectrum of over 200 rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, and sports-related disorders.

• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that align with a standards of excellence in care.

• Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies (radiographs, MRIs, ultrasounds), and other diagnostic tests to guide clinical decisions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, orthopedics, physical therapy, and pain management, to deliver integrated patient care.

• Participate in ongoing clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of rheumatology.

• Contribute to medical education efforts with, mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise across departments.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations governing healthcare delivery.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $350,000-$500,000 per year depending on experience.

Job requirements

Required Education and Experience

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Rheumatology.

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state.

• Demonstrated experience in rheumatology with strong knowledge of autoimmune, musculoskeletal, and connective tissue disorders.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations governing medical services.

• Proven ability to collaborate in clinical, research, or academic settings.

• Prior leadership, administrative, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, patient engagement, and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy in EMRs, data analysis, and office management systems.
