Job description


Job Purpose

The sales agent is focused on generating leads and setting appointments for sales and service. it will typically use a variety of methods to reach out to potential customers, including phone calls, emails, and text messages, to improve customer retention, and to increase sales and service revenue to achieve these goals and make the sale happen.


Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contacting potential customers to schedule test drives or service appointments
  • Following up with customers who have visited the dealership in the past
  • Sending out promotional emails or text messages to potential customers
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Tracking and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build rapport
  • Determine their need
  • Offer assistance
  • Set an appointments



Job requirements


Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Strong written/verbal communication experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • 90 % English proficiency
  • 6 months or 1+ years of contact center experience
