Job description

Allied Global is seeking an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage and streamline the installation process with our crews of contractors. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and installation crews, coordinating last-minute requests, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Schedule, verify, and track installations with crews of contractors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field and installation crews.
  • Coordinate and manage last-minute requests for add-on materials or items, including entering purchase orders and communicating with customers for approval of additional costs.
  • Collaborate with warehouses and purchasing groups to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Follow up on tracking for customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar role can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or client-facing role, pricing materials, costing orders, and managing inventory stock levels.
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external customers.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing installation schedules and processing orders.
  • Ability to maintain organized and precise records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
