Role Description (Job Purpose)
You would be the first channel to provide the guide on the claim process that the customer needs to make online, if asked. Also, you would need to provide the information about current Rebate offers that are available for Big Brands as Contact Lents, Tiers & Appliances.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Multitask, paraphrase and analyze the different systems to provide the correct information about policies and how the Rebate works, via phone or via email.
- Provide the best customer service.
- Transfer or send emails with all the steps-by-step instructions needed for the customer to claim their rebate.
Job requirements
Requirements :
- High School diploma
- 1+ years of contact center experience
- Strong computer skills with MS Office experience and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
- Strong written/verbal communication experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in the French language
